Jeff Schmidt Earns CEA, PEM Certifications

Jeff Schmidt, Senior Energy Optimization Manager, recently received two well-renowned certifications — the Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) designation and the Professional Energy Manager (PEM) certification.

The Professional Energy Manager certification is an exclusive program, developed with the acclaimed Institute of Energy Professionals (IEP), and is the longest running energy education program in the U.S. It is a vendor-neutral education and certification program and is a distinguished accreditation in the growing field of energy management. Additionally, the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) CEA program is acknowledged under the Better Buildings Workforce Guidelines (BBWG) program, making it the first energy auditor program to earn BBWG recognition.
